Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: July 11, 2026
Our Commitment
Tint-RX is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks for screen reader navigation (header, main, nav, footer)
- Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Color contrast ratios meeting or exceeding WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Descriptive alt text on all informational images
- ARIA labels on navigation regions and interactive components
- Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
- Form fields with associated visible labels
- Error messages that identify the field in error and describe the issue
Known Limitations
The embedded third-party intake form (Cognito Forms) is provided by an external vendor. While we have selected a vendor committed to accessibility, we cannot guarantee full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance of third-party content. If you encounter accessibility barriers within the embedded form, please contact us for an alternative accommodation.
ADA Compliance
We are committed to compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to websites and digital services. If you experience barriers that prevent you from accessing any portion of our Platform, we will work with you to provide the information or service through an alternative accessible means.
California Unruh Civil Rights Act
California residents are protected under the Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code § 51), which prohibits discrimination by business establishments, including digital platforms. We are committed to providing equal access to all users regardless of disability status.
Assistive Technology Support
This Platform has been tested for compatibility with the following assistive technologies:
- NVDA screen reader with Chrome on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack with Chrome on Android
