Our goal
We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA so people with disabilities can access information and request medical evaluations.
Current status
This website includes keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, semantic headings, image descriptions, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. A complete independent accessibility evaluation, including assistive-technology testing and the third-party intake and payment flow, has not yet been completed. We do not claim certified or complete conformance.

Email info@tint-rx.com. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you encountered and your preferred contact method. Please do not send medical records or payment information by email. You may request assistance or an alternative way to apply.
Third-party intake
The application opens on Cognito Forms and may use a third-party payment service. If any part of that process is inaccessible, contact us through the email above. An external service is part of the customer experience and accessibility concerns should still be reported.
